Who we are
Hi there — we’re Landin and Kenya Arnett, founders of Good Life Homes.
We believe that real estate decisions are about far more than timing the market or choosing the right house. They’re about creating a life that feels aligned, grounded, and meaningful — both now and long after the move is complete.
That belief shapes everything we do.
What The Good Life Means To Us
To us, the Good Life isn’t about perfection or keeping up with someone else’s definition of success.
It’s about living intentionally — choosing a home that supports how you actually want to live, not just how things look on paper.
Over the years, we’ve seen how thoughtful, well-guided real estate decisions can bring clarity, peace, and momentum to every other part of life. We’ve also seen how rushed or misaligned decisions can do the opposite.
That’s why our approach is grounded in intention, education, and honest guidance — so every move feels purposeful, not pressured.
